This is the happy result of Kevin's experiment with a new grape varietal. This wine is 100% Pinot Munier, which is one of the three grapes that can go into Champagne. Kevin tried to make it into a still wine but this stubborn grape really wanted to become a sparkling wine. We were happy to accomodate, you will be glad we did.
